Permula Sdn. Bhd. (198401016697 (129255-A) was incorporated in late 1984 and has commenced its trading business in early 1985 with the first office in Kuala Terengganu. During the earlier years of its business, the company concentrated on supplying laboratory equipment, chemicals and apparatus to secondary schools and government-owned laboratories in the state of Terengganu and Kelantan.

Later on, the company has widened its market territories to cover Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. It has also increased its range of products to cater for the need or requirements of its existing and new customers.

To provide better and faster services to its customers, the company has its own Sales Agent in Kota Bharu, Kuantan, Kerteh and Kajang. The company paid-up capital is RM300,000 and its authorised capital is RM500,000. It is a 100% Bumiputra owned company which presently involved in the trading business of supplying the following product items.
